Cancellation policy
We make your online reservation extremely satisfying, comfortable
and without apprehension over your security and privacy.
Please inform us of all cancellations immediately. These conditions
apply and are subject to change without prior notice.
In all cases, refunds apply only to paid selling rates and exludes
the processing fee which is absolutely non-refundable once credit
cards are charged.
Regular Season (June, July, August, September and October)

Cancellations received not less than 21
working days (excluding Sat, Sun and public holidays) prior
to check-in date will be entitled to a full refund.

Cancellations received less than 20 working
days (excluding Sat, Sun and public holidays) prior to check-in
date are subject to a cancellation charge equivalent to a (1)
one-night stay (per person).
Peak Season (November - May and legal holidays)

Cancellations received not less than 21 working
days (excluding Sat, Sun and public holidays) prior to check-in
date will be entitled to a full refund.

Cancellation received within 15 to 20 working
days (not including Sat, Sun & Public Holidays) prior to
check-in date are subject to a cancellation charge equivalent
to 50% of selling rate.

Less than 15 days notification is non-refundable.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Credit Card payments are charged with a 6%
processing fee that is non-refundable.

Rates are available only through booking
with quezoncity.bestasiaphilippines.com.

Rates are not applicable to walk-in guests
at the hotel / resort counter.
